These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AntLK Avventura website and the booking of travel services provided by AntLK Avventura Ltd (“AntLK Avventura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by AntLK Avventura.
• A deposit of 30% of the total booking value is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your travel date.
• Bookings made within 45 days of the travel date require full payment at the time of confirmation.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed in writing.
• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change based on currency fluctuations, seasonal demand, and availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date we receive written cancellation notice:

• 60+ days before travel: Full refund less 10% administrative fee.
• 30–59 days before travel: 50% of the total booking value is forfeited.
• 15–29 days before travel: 75% of the total booking value is forfeited.
• Less than 15 days before travel: No refund.

Cancellation policies of third-party providers (hotels, airlines, activity operators) may differ and are passed through to the client. AntLK Avventura strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

3. Travel Insurance

All clients are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and emergency evacuation. AntLK Avventura is not liable for any losses, injuries, or damages arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.

4. Passport, Visa & Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, obtain necessary visas, and meet health requirements (including vaccinations) for entry into Sri Lanka and the Maldives. AntLK Avventura may provide guidance but accepts no liability for refusal of entry or deportation.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Comply with all laws, customs, and regulations of Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
• Treat guides, drivers, hotel staff, and fellow travellers with respect.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.

6. Limitation of Liability

AntLK Avventura acts as an intermediary arranging travel services from independent third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by acts of God, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, or other force majeure events.
• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party providers including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity vendors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of AntLK Avventura unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

8. Website Use

• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our website at any time without notice.
• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
